Went to college to study Agronomy with the ideal of working to help feed the world in the 80s. Entered the field of water and wastewater treatment in 1983 to help protect the environment and serve the community. Took continuing education classes ever since graduation. I hold the highest level of both Water and Wastewater certification in both Guam and PA. I also hold secondary education teacher certification on Guam.
